    Default Accessing Somebody's Online Email Account

    It is unlawful to access someone's public email account, like yahoo, or hotmail if you are able to guess their password?
    Obviously, it is immoral. But is it illegal?

    Yes. See, e.g., the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, 28 U.S.C. 1029.
