My question involves malpractice by a lawyer in the state of: Notorary in Georgia
My daughter was hospitalized for three months with meningitis, inflammation of the membranes of the brain and during this time she had not eaten for the first two months, the final month she was fed liquids. At this time she was very lethargic and disorientated. I was given a Power of Attorney to oversee my daughters affairs. When I was not around her oldest son's father (not her husband) had her sign a paper, that we believe had something to do with custody of her son. She was not left with a copy of this paper so we have no idea of what it says. He had this paper notorized. Can we have it considered null and void?
