My question involves an eviction in the state of: Colorado;
We have been leasing a condo we own to employees over the past couple years. At this time we have an ex-employee and her husband living in the condo. We do not have a lease in writing, just verbally. They have not paid rent as agreed and have received repeated noise violations rom the HOA. The last one involving us being ticketed. Can we serve them with a 3-day notice? Do they have any legal rights to stay? What are our legal rights to get them out?
