Default Private Bond Offering, How Do I Start

My question involves business law in the state of: california

I have a small LLC. I have a lot of people interested in investing in my LLC via a private bond.

The problem is that finding any clear instructions on issuing a private bond has been very very hard.

Could someone tell me how to go about this, or at least point me in the right direction?

If you have people lining up to invest, then doing what you need to do should be no big deal: Have a lawyer set it up for you, and draft appropriate contracts to govern your relationship with your investors.
