I have worked for the same florida organization for more than 7 years. My company has recently been sold and the new owners want to cut my salary, and my commission fees, plus remove my daughter from the company paid health insurance policy. I had a oral contact with prior owner to pay all heath care after my 2 year anniversary, plus I have a written offer letter from the employer when I started 7 years ago, which stated my salary at that time, without the 14K raise I received over the course of my employment. Can the new owners just come in an reorganize my salary, benefits, and commission?
