    Default Eviction from a Campground

I LIVE IN CENTRAL FLORIDA IN A CAMPGROUND. ABOUT SIX MONTHS AGO THE PARK HAD A BAD WATER LEAK AND BECAUSE OF THIS OUR WATER PRESSURE WENT DOWN TO BARELY A DRIBLE. NOW WATER ELECTRIC AND CABLE ARE INCLUDED WITH THE CAMPSITE FOR THE RENT. I HAVE NEVER SIGNED ANY LEASE NOR ANY OTHER PAPERWORK. WE HAVE A VERBLE AGREEMENT. I STOPPED PAYING RENT SIX MONTHS AGO. DOES MY LANDLORD HAVE TO ACTUALLY EVICT ME? HOW LONG, IN FLORIDA, DOES THIS TAKE? WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR THOSE SIX MONTHS?

Typing in all capitals is considered yelling on the internet.

If you have lived there for six months, you owe six months of rent unless another deal has been made.
