My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Hawaii
I have been injured by my backhoe, because it has a manufacturer defect. My backhoe is a state of the art top of the line with pilot hand controls. I purchased the machine brand new and have had the machine in the shop frequently, loosing business nearly 10 times a year for the same exact thing. The mechanics keep replacing the same parts, they have been puzzled as the problem is intermitent. The mechanic recently discovered that there is play in a switch due to when backhoe was manufactured that washers were left out. So while I am operating the controls, jerk and lock up. This is causing my injury. I never really put my injury and the defective backhoe together until yesterday when I was having problems again and the mechania found the source of the problem. What should I do?
