    Default Law Against Horrible Roommates

ok you know how you think you've made a good decision in having chosen a roommate? but then your roommate turns out to be the most horrible roommate?! and a violent or one who plots to kills you sort of roommate!?!

EXAMPLE: [[anyhow, i thought i knew my friend [at the time] well enough as in like for 3 years [we were close] to become my roommate, and he turned out to be one of those i'm going to torture you for what seems to be an eternity roommate who likes to plot on how to poison [me] and "kill" [in a LITERAL way] his cousin. ]]

there should be a law that if your life is threatened, you've been consistently harassed, property vandalize-r, no good roommate who has violated your physical personal space and can be proven to be "bad for your health" [ie. have cause you a great amount of pain and suffering] cases/types that you should be able to take action without going to court to evict that roommate if THEY'RE ON the lease.

there are a lot of people who have been cause more than their share of pain and suffering due to horrible roommates and the law doesn't seem to give a toot about the pain and suffering one may have to go through.

again, sometimes you may think you know someone well enough to make them your roommate[s], but yes it's a choice, but if you've tried every possible way to better your situation, and it's still not working, there should be another way!

There ARE laws against being threatened and having your property damaged. If you are a victim of a crime, call the police. if your roommate is just annoying, then you need to either find a way to legally get him out or find a new place of your own.
