My question involves defamation in the state of: minnesota

to make this quite short: my roommate has and so it seems violated my places of work by coming in uninvited several times, and once i was given an ultimatum after approx. 12-13 reminders that it's not okay to come by my work any longer. he kept on coming in, and one night a co-worker and friend off duty were working, and he came in uninvited as usual and violated her personal space. i understand that yes it has affected and continues to effect her emotional state, but, it also does the same for me during work because we're afraid he'll stop in again because we do work in one of the more popular malls which is a public space, but at the same time it has greatly thrown off the balance of our work.

i also work at a property where i live, and yes i understand he has as much right to go into the office where i do work as a resident BUT!! he continues to put my job in jeopardy by opening his mouth about PERSONAL things that have happened that have NOTHING to do with my work, but, it feels like it has and still is a violation of my space-and consider this intrusion harassment.

any suggestions on how this should be handled, my boss/property manager has already tried to help, and this was before he came in a harassed my co-worker. should i get a restraining order and call it stalking????
