    Default Demand Letter

    My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: SC

    I sent the credit card co. a letter telling them I could not pay. They sent it to a collections co. I sent the collections co. a letter telling them I could not pay. Now the credit card co. has sent me a letter demanding payment in full. What should i do? Thanks in advance

    You owe them the money.

    They will now take you to court and get a judge to ORDER you to pay. Then, they will garnish your wages and/or attach other assets.
