My question involves an eviction in the state of: California

I received a 3 day Letter of Lease Termination on 1/21, stating to be out at close of business on Friday, 1/23. I started moving my equipment out on 1/22 after taking the first load to storage, I returned for the second load to find a the newly installed deadbolt engaged. The door to the business was locked as well as the lock to the onsite storage shed with more of my equipment inside. My question is this: What court forms are needed to proceed forward with a wrongful eviction case?

I have other issues, my equipment that I was locked out from has now been sold to the new leasee to my old building. I don't know how to include this in the wrongful eviction case. A point in the right direction, or just even the form numbers of how to start would be so helpful. Thanks
