Default Court Costs for Michigan Eviction After Redemption Period Expires

My question involves an eviction in the state of: Michigan - I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy in 08 and gave my home back to the bank. My redemption period expires March 10th of 09 & i was wondering when that time comes, if i still haven't found a place to move to & the realty company that bought my property at the foreclosure sale starts eviction proceedings against me, will i have to pay the court costs & fees for the eviction? I already went through the wage garnishment process last year with a creditor, which forced me to lose my home in the first place and file bankruptcy, and one thing i learned about garnishment is that even though they took almost $500 a month from me, with the court costs involved with re-starting garnishments, the amount i owed the creditor still continued to increase even though i was throwing almost $500 a month at it!? I just really need to avoid potential garnishment scenarios again & so i was wondering what to expect in the case of being evicted after a redemption period expires? Thanks so much!

Here is what my neighbor stated he was told regarding his redemption period which ends the 23rd of this month.

The bank told him (or so he told me) that he must be out by midnight on the 23rd. That (bank) would be sending the sherrifs department on the morning of the 24th and if he wasn't out, there would be no eviction proceedings, he would be escorted to the door, the locks changed and that's that.

Not sure how true as I never really looked into the matter. Sorry to hear about your situation.
