Default Using A Credit Card to Charge for Services in a Bankruptcy

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: FLorida

I have been looking for lawyers to work with for a Chapter 7. One i came across, said i could charge the flat fee of $1500, but then had to wait 90 days before filing.

Does this sound legit? I have a gut feeling, it just doesn't seem right.

    Thank you,

If I put together your title with your question, I guess you're asking if you can charge your lawyer fee, wait 90 days, then discharge it in bankruptcy. To me, that's rather shady. I'm not going to comment on whether you would get caught or what the consequence would be - at this juncture, I'm just saying that's not the way I practice.

If your prospective lawyer makes you nervous, there are many more listed in the phone book.
