    Question Phone Mediation

    1st time mediation coming up in CO. I guess there is an option to phone mediate. i have never heard of this. Sounds kinda of compliant. How does it work? Can i do this w/o councel?

    This is only my experience in Maryland, so CO may be different, but when I did it, I lived in about 3 hours away from my ex, so the mediator contacted us and set up a time, then called us each and put us on a conference call. It was that simple, and it was much easier for me. Maybe one of the Senior guys here will have more info, but that was how it worked for me. Good luck!
