I am looking for some help and suggestions.
I came to US in April 2001 along with my wife and 2 year old son. We applied for Canada PR which at that time takes 6-12 months from USA. But after 9-11 it took 4 years and it was denied and refused.
We overstayed our B1/B2 Visa till today.
My 2nd. son was born in USA, I have my SSN and owns a very successful business and house. I have 12 citizen employees working for me, I file and pay my taxes.
Then in 2007, I applied for Canada PR on my name with work experience under Federal Skilled worker, luckily got approved without interview.
Now, if we all go to Canada, will I be able to get my USA visa from Canada.
I am planning to cross border by one way rental car or my citizen friend will drop us to Canada border by road.
As I heard, if you cross by road US immigration don't stop you and go to Canada immigration for paperwork as landed immigrant.
After getting my Canada PR card, I can go to USA consulate for visa in Canada or my origin country (only for me, and I have new fresh passport), or is there any other suggestion. Do they will have record of my overstay.
Kindly reply, I can give more information if someone answer.
Thank you in advance.
