I Got Caught Shoplifting

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

I recently got caught stealing from Macy's. I was taken to the back security room and had all my information taken down. Luckily, no cops were involved. After, they told me there will be a fine coming in the mail and i would have to pay for it. I stole around 100 dollars. The person told me, most likely, it wont go on my record, and will be for the loss prevention to decide. He said nothing about courts, and bans.

1. How much will the fine be?
2. Will this go on my record?
3. After i pay the fine, will i need to worry about anything else?
4. Will i have to go to court?
5. What will most likely happen?

I learned my lesson, and will never steal again.
