Default Name of Tenant's Rental Statements

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California

When buying or selling a rental property, an owner is required to submit a statement indicating what the rents are for each unit.

The tenants are also obligated to sign statements indicating what their rents
are and what deposits they paid for transferring them to the new owner.

    What are those statements called?

    Thanks!

Default Re: Name of Tenant's Rental Statements

I believe that it's called a statement of estoppel.

    Please confirm.
