    Default Testing "Borderline"

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ohio

I am on probation and am currently being tested once a week after testing positive for coke. I haven't used since (I'm 3 mo. clean) but at my last test I came up "boderline" (a very faint line when a negative for a drug will usually show a strong red line) for cocaine. I am supposed to be talking to my PO about the test. The girl that tested me said that my PO could send it out to be tested but she won't press charges. Is this correct? If charges aren't pressed can this still be considered a probation violation? Help!

You need to talk to your PO about it. S/he may or may not call it a violation.
