My question involves a child custody case from the State of: New Jersey
My ex and I conceived a child out of a wedlock. We lived together and things didnt work out. Once I decided to move out he changed the locks on me and had already gone to court to seek full custody. He was granted temporary residential custody with joint physical custody. He started to refuse to let me see my child or take my child away on the days we both agreed on but not before a judge. Now we are fighting back and forth in court because he wants sole custody with me having to rights over my child. I am not an unfit mother. Now I am seeking a paternity test because there is a chance that he is not the biological father. But he refuses. What now????
