    Default "Rent Free" Eviction

My question involves an eviction in the state of: GA
I have been working on a horse farm unpaid for the last 4 months and was given a rent free guest house. No references, id, ss#, lease, contract or anything and have a copy of the online ad on a site that does not allow editing that clearly states "rent free". I have been told that the barn is closing about two weeks ago, but she said nothing about moving.
I'm trying to be nice and trying to find another live-in job and just walk away before next months deadline, but in this economy there is a chance that might not happen in time.
What happens if I say NO?
illegal hiring, tax laws, unpaid wages, opening my mail, severe dogbite 30 days ago... her hands are not clean. I have and will remain silent until she says get out now.

Were you supposed to be paid a wage? Is this a barter situation, where you were trading certain services for your "rent free" apartment?

it was supposed to be 5 hours a day and 5 days a week, but 5 hours is when the horses behave all night and don't trash their stalls, which rarely happens because their unworked and I'm doing it 6 days a week. At $10/hr, which is what her mom mentioned, makes for a very expensive rural 1br apartment, especially since the average show barn in Florida pays $300/wk for those kind of hours and still includes housing.

Trying to get rid of me 12 days early because I tried to get a horse transporter today but got cancelled at the last minute. She threatened/tried to have the police kick me out today claiming "plenty of notice" even though it was verbal and early, but 4 hours later there is still nobody showing up. Got a stack of mail and vet documents proving residency just in case. I'm stressing out trying to find a transporter today, but at least I'm making the place spotless while between replies.
