    Default Small Claims Court

My question involves an eviction in the state of: Virginia
Help, My tenant just vacated my home on a mutal agreement. She still owes for partial Dec rent and January rent and 2 days of February. She also damaged a few things in the home.I do not have a security deposit. (She never finished paying that) Now that she is gone, how do i go about getting the money that she owes me??

As your heading stated, you have to take her to small claims court.

To find your tenants new address to serve them just mail a letter to your tenant at your house. Put on the outside "ADDRESS CORRECTION REQUESTED" and the post office will mail you back the forwarding address.
