    Default Putting an Eviction Suit on Hold

    My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California

    My tenent and I have come to a new agreement and I need to put the eviction law suit on hold incase a problem arrises within the next couple of months rather than canceling it all together. Help........

    Go infront of the judge with your tenant, and tell the judge what you are working out. Let the judge set the new court date in the future. At that time you can have the case removed or continue on.
