My question involves divorce in the State of: Pa

My wife is moving out in a month (this is tough having to live with her) and is just walking out. The house is in my name and the credit cards we accrued together are in my name. She says if I want to get any money from her I'll have to have a lawyer. Unfortunately, she's maxed out all my cards and I have no money. The house is only worth $185,000 now but I owe $225,000 on it. Do I have to let her take things we bought together during our marriage or since she isn't paying me anything can I keep everything that we got together? We are almost $300,000 in debt, yet, she is walking out of this free and clear, what can I do? My monthly bills add up to over $3500 and I bring home just over $2000 -- I am in a bad position...

I do have a free consultation coming up but they want a retainer of $1500 to take the case. Are there any lawyers that work on a payment schedule?
