    Default Suing a State

My question involves injury or loss that occurred in the state of: Colorado

If I am interested in suing either the State of Colorado and/or various state agencies as well as a district judge, what type of attorney do I need to look for?

You can't sue a Judge, Judicial Immunity is almost absolute in nature, it is exceeding rare when you can.

Soverign immunity in many cases have been waived, that is what state Court's of Claims are for.

Contact your local Bar Association for a referal. State what type of case you have and they will set you up.
