    Default Elderly grand larceny

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania How long does one have to press charges for grand larceny against someone? We recently found my brother-in-law's children has stolen over $70,000. from his bank account. Both of the children have Power of Attorney. In fact they removed the honest daughter from the power to themselves.

Make a police report, and consider consulting a lawyer about getting an honest person appointed to manage the elderly relative's affairs.
