I'm not sure what you are planning, but I myself plan to take them to court because what they are doing is in my opinion discrimination and a violation of my civil rights.
I have been doing some research into this and what I have found is that the company does have a history with both the United States Attorney General's Office for violating the Patriot Act and with the Australian Government for violating their version of the Patriot Act.
For me this is personal because the only thing that I was doing was asking for help from someone that I met online and that I at first believed was being honest with me. My intentions were to start my own online business selling things on eBay and through my own websites as well so that I could make enough money to get myself out of debt and so that I could do things like take care of computer and car repairs due to theft and vandalism as well as normal breakdowns of equipment.
I'm not really sure how it all started with you, but for me it all started when I was out on the road driving truck over the road. During that time I had gotten introduced to a lot of stuff relating to seduction and attraction and had been learning a lot of really cool stuff on how to pick up women and seduce them. Because of the fact that I was driving truck over the road and did not really have much chance to go out and practice what I had been learning in person I decided that I would practice what I had been learning online through many of the dating websites.
I met some alleged girls online and while I thought that I was using the correct tactics and techniques on them I apparently was not. Many of the girls that I met online through websites like love-town.com claimed to be from the United States however as time went by through the course of communicating with these alleged girls I discovered that many of them were supposedly in Nigeria on either business or personal matters and many of them claimed to have gotten stuck there.
At first I believed them and even agreed to help some of them out. That however was before I found out about all of this romance scam stuff that has been flying around the internet where both guys and girls will claim that they are stuck in someplace like Nigeria, that they love you and want to be with you and that they need your help to get home.
I've fallen for enough of these scams to know better now or at least I think I do.
My issue with Paypal started when the guy that I had been talking to said that he would help me to start many of my business ideas and that he would also help me with a woman that I at the time was being honest with me and who said that she was stuck in Nigeria at the time. I did what I could to verify her, but that is very difficult to do given the laws surrounding personal privacy, stalking, and harrassment as much of the information that you need just cannot be obtained due to changes in the law protecting things like your driving record.
It's also made very difficult when many of these people claim to be from other states that is difficult to verify due to distance as it's very easy for people to lie on the Internet and claim to be things that they are not.
I've tried to learn what I can about private investigation, but even that is limited as well as there is no guarantee that what information you are being given did not come out of the telephone book by someone that you meet online. The best that anyone can do is to try to determine if the person might be lying to them or not and as to whether they are being truthful or not. That's a tall order especially if you are not a psychologist or a police officer.
The guy that I met said that he would help me as long as I helped him with a woman that was supposedly stranded in the same city as my female friend. The story that he gave me was that he was married and that he did not want his wife knowing about this woman friend of his because he was afraid that if she knew then she would get jealous or upset and leave him taking their children with her. I understood that because I understand for the most part how jealousy and things like that can effect a persons behavior as I have been trying to study it from both a personal and professional perspective.
From what I read in one legal book published by Nolo Press called 'The Lawsuit Survival Guide' Paypal cannot legally use something like your religious beliefs or your sexuality against you. That violates both the laws of civil procedure and the civil rights act.
Because of previoius experiences that I have had with people on the Internet relating to my financial information I was not about to give anyone my bank account information or anything else like that and that is why I told this guy that if he was going to send me any money then he would have to do it through Paypal as I believed that Paypal was a lot safer. Since my first encounter with these types of people I have in the past had people try to hack into my bank account while I was with Wells Fargo and take money out of it. I've also had fake checks, money orders, and travelers checks sent to me in the mail and because of that I have become very skeptical of anyone that I meet on the Internet.
My goal from the very begining was to start my own business so that I could make enough money to take care of things and so that I could eventually do things like going to bars and other places to meet and pick up women. I was attempting to develop myself into a renaisance or ladies man because of past relationships that I had with women that had failed for one reason or another. For me it was all about self improvement and personal security.
