    Default Withdrawing my Marriage Application

Im an alien who is married to an american citizen for 3 years. Our age and racial differences made it hard for us to get approved at the interview. The last 6 month we lived partly seperated. The officer insists that she will deny the case and file for fraud marriage. She advises us to withdraw the case.My lawyer also advises to withdraw. My concern is to face the deportation.what are my chances?Does the withdraw necessarily end up with the deportation? How likely is it that the officer files for deportation??

    Default Withdrawal of Case

If you withdraw the case and have no valid basis to remain in the country, you should consider leaving on your own before you are deported.

The immigration officer seems to be telling you that your application will be denied, and that by withdrawing it you can save yourself a lot of trouble. If you intend to pursue it anyway, you should retain an immigration lawyer to assist you.
