    No, it's not coercive to ask for two weeks notice. Pretty much every employer on the planet asks for notice, with a request for two weeks notice being pretty typical. That doesn't obliterate at-will employment in this nation. As you apparently concede, there's not one court in even one state that has held otherwise, in the entire history of this country. I'm not sure why you're arguing over this. (Here, there's not even a claim of an employee handbook or an employer request for notice.)

    In any event, if you ever do come up with a case or other authority that supports your position, I would love to read it. If you wish to continue debating these issues, you know where to post.
