Exclamation When My STBX Leaves the Primary Residence

My question involves divorce in the State of: Washington

And takes her belongings, but leaves our 3 children and her daughter from another marriage behind how would / will the court look upon her actions when she goes from the primary residence to her new "fiancee's (SP) house? ( The beginning of Dec. )

I have received no monetary support whatsoever, for any of our children, and she has not seen my step-daughter in over 2 months.

Also she is claiming in her rebuttal that the primary residence of our children is where she is at now, 3.5 hours north, but our children are in daycare and school with me.

HOW damning would this be to her case?

Have you directed these questions to your attorney?

Your lawyer can very easily show the courts that the childrens primary residence is with you, if that is the case. If so, she'll be court ordered to pay child support.

However, she can fight you for custody if she wishes to do that.

I am in the process of retaining legal counsel and he currently knows that my son has been enrolled in school in our district since the first of the year, and on top of that he is in a "special needs" class for autism.

My 2 younger daughters finally started daycare about a week ago.

She can fight for custody...I'm ready to take her on.

Just wondering about the initial impact. It's like watching a hurricane coming right at you and you cant friggin move.
