You told us your landlord agreed to pay for the new fridge.

Other than your complaining that the fridge was old and ugly, neither of which are grounds for a money claim, you haven't given any reason why your landlord would be liable for more than that.

We're not psychics. If you have a new complaint about an unrepaired pellet stove, you need to tell us about it.

First of all the fridge was missing pieces. They agreed to find a new one upon us moving in. They never did. We had asked a month before the issue happened for a new one, or permission to get a new one. They insisted they would get one. Only when we got our bill for $650 and complained did they ask us to start looking for one, as would they, and if we paid for it would it be taken out of our rent. The reason we moved in was because we were told that the home was fairly energy efficient not over $100 for electric while. using the pellet stove. This is my main inquiry.

The fridge was 24 years old and I don't see how an appliance this old is even safe. The lease states that we are to maintain appliances, yet there is no way to do so for something that old.

The pellet stove issue is the icing on the cake. They claim they are having "computer issues" and cannot print out the proper directions for installation of the stove to the standards of when the inspector comes and looks at it. Don't they have a certain time limit of fixing such damages? Its been almost if not over a month.
