My question involves divorce in the State of: Pennsylvania

Jumping right in - I left my husband 9 years ago and have had vitually no contact with him in the last 8 or so. I moved to PA 5 1/2 years ago and he still lives in another state. I NEED to get a divorce. I attempted years ago - once before I moved out and once soon after, but he was uncooperative when it came to filling the paperwork out. I've recently tried to contact him through email (he would screen and not pick up if I called) about finally getting a divorce, but all I got back was a 12 paragraph reply basically stating that he didn't even bother to open my email (he's passive-aggressive to the extreme). I can't afford a lawyer and was hoping to file this myself. There are no children involved and seeing as how we haven't been in contact for 8 years, we don't own any joint property.

Where do I begin? How do I handle this without a lawyer when my ex uses his passive-aggressive ways to refuse to even acknowledge my attempts to communicate? How do I do this when he lives in another state? I don't even have anything with his SS# on it. Lord knows he won't give it to me. Help!
