    Default Time Clock Manipulation

My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: Colorado

Hi, I was wondering if it is legal for a supervisor to alter clock in/out times without employees consent. In essence is it ok to manipulate a time clock document that shows actual hours at work.

    Thank you in advance!

It is legal if the supervisor is making the time worked more accurate. It is not legal if the supervisor is making the time worked less accurate.

It's not altering the time card that is the issue, nor is it whether the employee has consented. The issue is whether or not the employee is paid for substantially all time worked.
