Default Former Tenant's Furniture Sold to New Tenant

My question involves personal property located in the State of: Oklahoma.
Ok so my mom rents out our other house. Well she rented it to her sister and her sister let her daughter and kids move in and her son and his wife move in. Mom should of made the rent move up since she rentted to 2 and then got more in the house.
    However she didnt.
So they all moved out and the daughter left some furniture over there. She was gone but called and said she has to leave the stuff in until Jan 1st. Mom said that is was fine but have it out by then cus i will have to find someone else to rent the home to. So that was agreed.
Well we never went over until like a week ago and the stuff was still there. So mom tried to call 3 or 4 times she didnt know if she forgot, decided she didnt want it or what. So after not getting anything for 2 days the people who was looking at the house said if she didnt want the stuff they would buy it. So mom sold the items. It was just all furniture. Dressers a table stuff like that.
Well today the daughter calls and says she just went into the house and the water was turned on (she wouldnt know unless she kept the key and went in) or made a copy of the key. Well she stated she would be there within a day or two to get her stuff. So mom called her back and told her that the place was rented out so she cant just go in there and also its been almost a whole month since she said she would get the stuff hasnt plus she tried to call and never got anything so she sold it. She said that she put the money on a bill but if she wants her stuff just pay her what they paid and she can give there money back but she doesnt feel she should have to pay them back and give her stuff and she looses seeing as it was set for when the stuff should of left.
Well that was today around 5. We thought nothing of it but a girl in the neighborhood messaged me on myspace saying a van and truck was there picking stuff up. So we went over and found out all the furniture is gone. So that means she went in when not suppose to and took the stuff after it was sold and she knew it was no longer hers.
Can we legally do anything about this?
I mean like i told mom what if we rented it out on the 3rd. We couldnt just tell people not to touch it or not rent it out until she felt like picking it up.
We also have a voicemail she left stating she was at the house with the stuff and that the water was running meaning she was on the property when she isnt suppose to.

So, arguably, sister trespassed. But mom had no right to sell her stuff.

So now mom gets to make things right with the new tenants. Had they moved in yet? Do they know about this yet?

We agreed not to touch the stuff for one month.
See for example they lived there in nov. Left dec 1st wantted the stuff in there for a extra 30 days. Mom said ok since we didnt have a renter but said if we do get a renter the stuff has to come out sooner.
So they said ok but it will be all out Jan 1st.
Well we thought it was out but when we went over there just a few days ago it was still there. So the new renters ask if it came with the house and mom said no. They said if she doesnt want it we would like to buy it.
So mom tried to contact the daughter several times and she never returned a phone call so mom finally sold the stuff.
So i have heard legally since it was there past the time it should have been mom had the right.

Well, if the village idiot told you it's okay to sell somebody else's property, and all you want to hear is that the village idiot knows what he's talking about, there's not much point in repeating myself.
