Default Father Fighting For His Rights

I am a single father in PA and I am fighting to see my two children more...50/50 and it feels like I have NO rights. I work from home and make my own schedule around my kids and I have a judge telling me that I don't have any time. My ex moved an hour away, in with a married man and the court system seems to be ok with that! She signs them up for sports with out my knowledge and expects me to make sure they are there on "my time". And the courts have been postponing the date for 1 1/2 years now! I feel like I have NO RIGHTS!

It sounds like it's time, make that past time, to bring in a lawyer.

Do you have an active court order, preferably a CONSENT ORDER?

What does your court order say about this? Do the children enjoy the activities?

What date is being postponed? If it is past 6 months of initial filing, then more than likely it will be ignored. You probably need to file for a modification of custody if you haven't already done so. Depends on your County as well.
