Default Son Married While Working in Mexico

My son has married a Mexican citizen while he was working in Mexico last year. What can he do to get permission for his wife to visit with him. they don't plan on staying because he has a business there now, just a quick visit. where do we start here or there. Does his marriage to her change her status in regards to immigration?

What he would do would depend upon what type of visa he's seeking for her, which in turn could depend upon the length of his intended stay in the U.S.

If it's less than 90 days, she has no impediments to entry (e.g., prior unlawful presence in the U.S.), and (if demanded) they can show pretty clear intent to return to Mexico, she should be fine with a tourist visa. But we can only guess - we don't have enough information to advise.
