    Default Minors and paternity

    Can a minor child be held liable for child support or can the minor's parents be held responsible in TN?

    Default Child Support

    You mean, where the minor is a parent? The minor can be ordered to pay support. There would be no basis to impose a support requirement on the grandparents.
