Default Alienation of Affection with Divorce Put on Hold or Even Canceled

My question involves alienation of affection law for the State of: Mississippi

My husband had a short affair with his temporary assistant a few months back while out of town on business. The other woman fought to make him leave me, which he did. I finally gave up on the marriage and filed for divorce. The affair became known at work to a small group of people and the other woman left the job before it got to human resources. Shortly after my husband was served with the divorce papers, he came back to me. The other woman was and is not happy and has caused many problems since. The last I heard was she was going to his work to produce papers of their affair.

I have since found out that she has also had an affair at her previous job with her boss of course. She also has had problems with her local church concerning improper conduct and pictures with a minor of a youth group that she leads.

My husband has talked opening with me since his return. He admits he was wrong, but stated that the other person was not innocent in the affair. He stated that before the affair, she would email him personal messages and even go to his hotel room and stay the night. (not in his bed, no sexual affair at this time).

I have been through so much...I almost lost my job due to my state of mind, except for the fact of a great boss that was so understanding of my situation. Also not to mention my counseling bills and time off from work. My main problem was there came a point I could not care for my children. I had to send them to other family members to receive proper care until I could get myself together. I was a wreck.

I seems like this woman still wants to destroy my family. It has been 2 months of silence from her and now she is back threating us again. She recently got into a bad car accident and now blames my husband for it. She claims that if he would not have suduced her that she would have been at work and the accident would not have happend. If it boils down to it I would file any suits I could to stop her. My question is what suits could we file against her and what suits could she file against us?
