Question Getting State Time To Run Concurrent

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Nebraska.
Husband is currently doing federal time in CO, for drug charges, he was on probation in the state of Kansas, which he broke his probabtion terms by getting into trouble. We live in Nebraska. How can he get his time in Kansas(state level)to run concurrent while he is in federal jail? He is trying to get into a drug program but is not able to while the Kansas situatin is going on? Any advice would be great. Thanks

That would have been up to the judge at sentencing. He can speak to an attorney regarding this but if it wasn't specified at the time of sentencing, it's too late to change it now.
