My question involves alienation of affection law for the State of: North Carolina
My ex husband is on a hate mission.
He wants to try to push a lawsuit against my boyfriend for alienation of affection.
Point is he does not have his name can he do that somehow anyway ?
Plus my boyfriend moved out of state into a state that does not have this law anymore will that help him for being out of jurisdiction?
Can he still do something against him,
and if so how long does it take to bring on such a lawsuit
and how much time does he have to do so?
I did read it has a statue of limitation of 3 years is that correct?
If it is 3 years starting from what official or legal separation or the actual divorce?
