    Default Being Sued in Indiana

    My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Indiana

    I have 14 unpaid Bills I am being sued for but After looking I have seen where most of them are over 6 yrs old and I am trying to clarify that if the debt is older than 6 yrs they cant collect can anyone clarify???

    The SOL on medical debt in Indiana is 10 years.
