Default Arrested for Bad Conduct with Police

If it were me, I would consult a lawyer. But I can't make that decision for you.

No way! You dont need a lawyer. Unless you are charged with a crime! If you get a lawyer before you are charged all you do is give the law enforcement the upper hand. If they arrest you demand an attorney before you say anything. If you havent been arrested and charged, then they cant do anything until you have counsel! Make them come and get you!

I am guessing the oiginal posters situation has been decided by now since the post you responded to is just about a year old.

btw, did you not even read the original post where it says they were charged with disorderly conduct and booked?

That would mean they have been charged with a crime.

I know it's old, but I can't resist now that it's at the top. The police are not out there to be your play toy. They don't necessarily want to have fun when you do, especially when they are involved in a criminal investigation. Common sense should prevail.

Yep. It's a good way to get arrested. Start chatting with the people we have detained, and you're going to get arrested if you don't knock it off after being warned away.
