    Default Liability Insurance

My question involves insurance law for the state of: Arkansas

I had a person's parked car catch on fire and melt the siding on my house. The person has liability insurance, but the insurance company says it will not honor the claim that it should be on my home owner's policy. i cant figure out if i have a legitamite complaint and they should pay or if they are correct. any help would be great!

Why don't you call your homeowner's ins. co. & see what they say. If it is something they do not cover, then I would sue the person for damages.
