My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Texas
I'm assisting my retired mother-in-law on Social Security file for chapter 7. She receives a monthly payment from her ex-husbands pension, the bank statement calls it an annuity payment, how do I list it, on Shcedule D or Shedule I?
Second question is about Misc. Income. She supplements her income by renting bedrooms in her home to college students. There are no leases and occupancy isn't always consistant. Is this to be included on Schedule I?
Lastly, she also does nonprofit animal rescue and charges an adoption fee. This income varies significantly. Should an average be included on Schedule I too? I am assuming so since all of these income sources appear on her bank statement and I am assuming that the trustee would notice that and question where the money is coming from.
