    Default Money taken out of bank account

    i have had a bank account with a frind in a fedrall credit union its a joint he is the primary holder i cant even make withdralls
    my employer refused to pay me got behind lost pickup and so forth was sued and a judgement was enterd i couldent make the court date my lil brother died and a judgement was enterd to recover the money owed my question is
    they took money out of the account that was my frinds and gave it to the company i owed how can i stop that and how do i get it back to him?
    nother questin is there any way to go to court now and plead my case will they re do a judgement once it been done and i missed it?

    Default Recovering Friend's Money

    Your friend will have to ask the court to order the return of the money. He should be prepared to document that the money in the account was his, from deposits he made, and that you did not have any money in the account.
