My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Ohio
Myself and my daughter have a restraining order against an individual. This person since has mailed out literally hundreds of letters in our community defaming our character and making ludicrous accusations against our morals and integrity. He has done this no less than five times in the last two years. We are growing so weary of this. Couldn't this be considered a pattern of conduct that brings emotional distress to the victim and be considered a violation of the CPO?
We've seen a lawyer about a libel case but weren't real encouraged. Somebody please help us.
