Default Breaking a Newly Signed Lease Before Moving In

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: pennsylvania

I signed a lease on Sunday and now wish to get out of it. My move in date is Jan 30th. Is there a legal way to get out w/o penalty? perhaps a 48 hr period in which you can back out of a contract?

Only if your lease stipulates such.

You'd do well to discuss your situation with the landlord immediately.
