Default Do You Think My Ex Will Get Custody or Time

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Oregon

Hi all. I'm new here and I have a question. Brief history:
One year ago Mommy decided to leave our daughter and I. She decided to go down drug/alcohol highway, and you all know where that leads. We are divorced now, and she signed over full custody and 100% parenting time to me. She has supervised weekly visits for about 2 hours. She stipulated to all of this.
Now she wants our daughter to go spend nights at her apartment with her career criminal boyfriend. Local cops know both of them by name due to thier criminal activity. She says in the last 30 days she has stopped doing drugs and doesn't drink "much", and now wants shared parenting time.
Due to her lifestyle, I do not feel this is a good idea at all.

So, my attorney says there needs to be a 'substantial change in circumstances for both parties' in order for the court to re-hear the case. There has been no change on my part and our daughter has been here in the same house for 5 years and in the same school for 3. She is 8 years old.

So what is your opinion on how this custody case will go? Do you think the judge will allow my daughter to spend the night with these types of people?

Thats the short of the story. If you have any questions, just ask.

    Thanks,
    Maun

What is the change of circumstance that ex is claiming warrants a modification of the existing order?

She says she no longer does (many) drugs and said that she has stopped drinking (much) during the day.
