    Post Marijuana Charge in Michigan

    I was recently pulled over in my home town in Michigan on the way to my house with 2 ounces of Marijuana for personal purposes. I was also charged with a OUID because I was blood tested and THC was found in my blood. I am being charged with intent to distribute and a OUID (operating under the influence of drugs) and I have never been arrested for anything before this arrest and it is still in the legal system. I hired a lawyer and I should currently be clean on a urinalysis and don't plan to go back to it.

    I was curious if there is anyway I could get a 7411 (for it being my first ever drug related charge) on a distribution charge or if the charge would have to be lowered to either a possession or a usage charge.

    Does anyone know what my chances of getting a 7411 are?

    I got all other charged dropped and the 7411 which is like 1 or 2 years of probation.
