My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Pa
I was pulled over for supposedly doing 66 in a 45. The only thing the officer said to me was that he was pulling me over for speeding and that it was state was funding campaign to make the streets safe by paying police overtime. When I started looking at the ticket the address of where it claims I was speeding at was the house that I was pulled over in front of. I still have no idea where I was clocked. Do I have a case with that? Do they have to put the proper location of where their timing device was set up?
Thanks for the help
