My question involves criminal law for the state of: Minnesota.
I am 20 years old and have a 15 year old younger sister. Our father passed away December of '07 after a rude divorce of my parents. My mom is very caring and understanding person but since has been easily walked over by my younger sister. My question pertains too her because this Christmas she brought home her boyfriend whom is 23. I think this bastard should rot in jail. I know they have had sex as I have walked in my house and seen her come out of the shower with him waiting in her room, and because she's willingly told my mom she does. She thinks she's an adult and because my father left us each about a hundred grand that she could go support herself and be an adult. In the mean time she still throws temper tantrums when she doesn't get her way and cries over the stupidest stuff.
What can I do in the state of MN to get this bastard out of my house? My mom's threatened to call the cops on him but that had no effect instead they set up "ground rules" in which he can only be over when my mother is around and no sexual contact whatsoever which I also know they have broken. I've watched my sister sneak around and have him over and even be in the shower together this last week and am fed up with it. I need to know what I can do before I take this f****** head and smash it through my wall.
Thanks for the help, also she turns 16 now as of jan 31st but have been dating for some 6 months apparently. Personally I don't care what she see's in him. In no way is it right for a 15 year old to be doing a 23 year old who's 25k in debt and flunked out of school working two dead end jobs living at his parents house.
